Tom Zanic
Tom Zanic has been Vice President of Forward Planning and Government
Affairs at New Urban West, Inc. since 1983. He graduated from
UCLA Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Planning with
a masters degree in urban planning and has been responsible
for the planning and entitlements for thousands of homes in
planned communities throughout Southern California. Mr. Zanic
has been appointed to numerous positions in state and local
government including Legislative Assistant in the California
State Senate, Chief Planner of the South Central Regional Coastal
Commission in Santa Barbara, and Senior Planner for the County
of Ventura.
